How do I access the course if I add it?
Use the same account and email address as your order. Log in after purchase and open “Course Access” in the website menu. Your course, progress and certificate pathway are connected to that customer account.
Can I use the system for brows and different lash types?
Yes. The lotions can be used for professional brow lifting, and the included pad selection supports short, sparse, straight and resistant lashes. Always adapt timing and product placement to the individual client and follow the appropriate safety protocol.
How long do the lotions process and how long do results last?
Processing is generally 6 to 12 minutes, depending on lash thickness and condition. These are guidelines, not a universal timing rule, so a Lash Check is essential. Clients typically rebook every 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the natural lash cycle and condition.
How long do the lotions last after opening?
For best performance, use Step 1 within 2 months, Step 2 within 3 months and Step 3 within 6 months after opening. Reseal each bottle tightly and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
